The color is very deep red, becoming black at its center. The aroma is filled with dark concentrated fruit-black cherries, black currants, blackberries, dried fig, raisin and plum. More importantly though is the spice, herbal, and floral layers of clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, and cocoa.
